5D CNC machining
Simultaneous five-axis machining of sculpted, undercut and compound-curved geometry. Large moulds, plugs, master patterns and one-off components cut from your CAD, or modelled from your drawing.
Lithuania
We machine moulds, plugs, patterns and one-off architectural components in EPS, tooling board, MDF and hardwood — and prepare the CAD models and drawings needed for production. Simultaneous five-axis machining, from a single block to a finished part.

Blocks arrive by the pallet and leave as compound curves. Our gantry machines run an articulated five-axis head over a bed sized for boat plugs, foundry patterns and full-height wall panels — the work most three-axis shops have to turn down.

EPS and PU tooling-board masters for composites, vacuum forming and foundry work. Machined in stages, seam-matched, sanded and sealed to a stable surface your laminators can work straight off.
Technical drawing production and timber-construction detailing for architects, contractors and interior teams. We work in SolidWorks alongside our own machining, so the whole process — from drawing to milled part — happens in one workshop.
One-offs and short runs, from a single machined sink to a matched set of carved panels. Sanded, sealed and delivered ready for installation, finishing or moulding.
Every image below exists twice: the finished shot we present to clients, and the raw frame straight off the factory floor. Switch between them — or hover any image.
We photograph everything twice — once finished under studio light, once exactly as it stands on the bed. Drag the handle, or use the arrow keys.

No black boxes. You get a named contact, a written price and photographs at every stage — including the ones that show the mess.
01
Send CAD, a drawing or a photo with dimensions. We check feasibility, split lines, draft angles and how the part will be held on the bed.
02
A fixed written price in euros, with machining time at €100/hour from. Toolpaths, stock and fixtures are programmed before anything is cut.
03
Roughing, semi-finish and finishing passes on the five-axis gantry. Large parts are cut in matched stages and registered to each other.
04
Sanded, filled where needed, then sealed or primed. Masters get a release-ready surface; wood parts are sanded to finish grade.
05
Collection from the workshop in Paluknys, or palletised delivery across Lithuania, the Baltics and the rest of Europe. Drawings issued alongside.

Quoted per job, so you know the number before we start. Machining is billed by the hour; materials, drawing work and finishing are listed separately.
Tell us the material, the finished size and the tolerance you actually need. If it won't fit on the bed or won't hold on the fixture, we'll say so before you commit.
